    • September: Gratitude Campaign - Before your year end campaign can be successful, you have to remind your donors why you need their funding. We provide content to drive a gratitude campaign that will make your donors understand why they matter.

    • October: Year End Fundraising Campaign (Plan) - We’ll design a year-end fundraising campaign unique to your organization.

    • November: Year End Fundraising Campaign (Content) - We produce content and support you in carrying out your year end fundraising campaign.

  • Not with this program—and here’s why: Uplift & Engage is designed to be affordable and efficient by following a streamlined process that maximizes impact without extra costs. Our donor touchpoints are strategically planned to align with when donors are most receptive to outreach throughout the year.

    If a deliverable doesn’t fit your needs in a given month, no worries! You can save it and use it later when the timing is right for your organization.

    If you need a more customized fundraising plan, our Nurture & Grow program is likely more up your alley. Nurture & Grow provides you with planning and implementation for a completely unique and comprehensive fundraising program.

  • We get your input upfront, so your content is tailored to your nonprofit’s voice and needs before we create it. Once we deliver your materials, you’re welcome to make any edits you’d like.

  •  We specialize in Donorbox and NeonOne:

    • Donorbox is our primary pick for donor management. Most of our clients will be using Donorbox as it is a robust but easy-to-learn donor CRM.

    • NeonOne is a robust organizational management system that can handle donors, volunteers, memberships, ticketed events, and more. For some of our clients, NeonOne is a better option because of the complex needs they have for their CRM.

    We use these CRMs for donor management and email communications. We don’t get a kick-back from these companies for recommending them or requiring them. We just love their tools and prefer them to other platforms.

  • No problem! We’ll still provide everything you need, just in a slightly different way.

    Instead of uploading content into your CRM, we’ll deliver all materials via Google Drive and Canva. You’ll be responsible for inputting the content into your database or email platform.

    Decide you’d rather get into our preferred CRM so you can get all the benefits of the service? No problem! Give us a shout, and we’ll connect you with the appropriate support contact.

  • Every month, you’ll receive strategic donor outreach materials, such as:

    Emails (uploaded to your CRM if using Donorbox or NeonOne)
    Social media posts (delivered via Canva templates, plus scheduling instructions)
    Call scripts for donor outreach
    Direct mail pieces (available upon request)

    All content will be delivered through Google Drive, with clear instructions to make implementation easy.

  • Not much! We’ve designed this service to take donor communications off your plate, not add to your workload. Here’s what a typical month looks like:

    🗓 Week 1: Fill out a short form with the info we need for your deliverables.
    🗓 Week 2: Sit back and relax while we create your materials!
    🗓 Week 3: Review collateral and make any quick edits.
    🗓 Week 4: Schedule your content (we’ll even recommend the best dates!).

    Some months may require a little more involvement, but we provide templates, instructions, and guidance to keep things easy and stress-free.

  • You’re not alone—we’re here to help!

    As an Uplift & Engage client, you’ll have access to weekly open office hours on Zoom. Drop in for expert advice on:

  • We have planned our content delivery over the course of each Quarter of the year, so our contracts are quarterly. 

    We have onboarding opportunities in January, April, July, and October. You can join in any of these months. We assume you’ll continue with us quarter-to-quarter unless you notify us (30 days before the next quarter starts) that you’re planning to leave the program.
